Octagon to round transition flat pattern
Joins an eight-sided base, such as an octagonal hood or hopper, to round pipe. Top and base are parallel and centred. Cut as one, two or four parts with seams on the flats.

- Base across flats (A): Distance between two opposite flats of the octagon.
- Top diameter (D): Diameter of the round top.
- Height (H): From the base to the top.
- Base corner radius (R): 0 = sharp corners.
