Rectangular duct offset, radiused: flat patterns
A rectangular duct steps across in plan through two tangent bends of one radius, its size the same all along. The top and the bottom are cut to the S of the plan; the two sides are flat sheets pressed in facets round both bends, each press line marked.

Sizes you enter
- Width (W): Across the duct, seen from above, on the surface chosen under Sheet.
- Height (H): Across the duct, seen from the front, the same all along.
- Length (L): End to end, along the duct.
- Offset (X): How far the second end's centre line is across from the first's, seen from above.
- Straight, first end (E1): Straight run before the first bend. 0 for none.
- Straight, second end (E2): Straight run after the second bend. 0 for none.
What you get
The exact flat pattern of the part, worked out for the sheet thickness measured on the inside, the mean or the outside, with numbered press lines, the part in 3D, its weight and cutting length, and a DXF for laser, plasma or waterjet cutting (STEP as well).
