Rectangular duct splitter, one leg bent: flat patterns
A rectangular duct divided along its length by an inner plate: one leg carries straight on, the other turns away through the angle you set round an inside radius and runs on. Six plates: the top and the bottom cut to the plan, the bend's outside and inside walls pressed in facets, the straight side and the divider.

Sizes you enter
- Overall width (W): Across the whole duct before it divides, seen from above, on the surface chosen under Sheet.
- Straight before the divider (E): From the open end to where the divider starts. 0 for none.
- Straight leg length (L): From where the divider starts to the straight leg's end.
- Bent leg width (w): Across the bent leg, from the duct's side to the divider.
- Bend angle (A): How far the bent leg turns away from the duct's line.
- Inside radius (r): Of the bent leg's inside, on the surface chosen under Sheet. 0 for sharp.
- Straight after the bend (E2): Straight run on the bent leg after its bend. 0 for none.
- Height (H): Across the duct, seen from the front, the same all along.
What you get
The exact flat pattern of the part, worked out for the sheet thickness measured on the inside, the mean or the outside, with numbered press lines, the part in 3D, its weight and cutting length, and a DXF for laser, plasma or waterjet cutting (STEP as well).
