Round to round transition with angled top
A reducer between two round sizes where the small end is tilted, for a pipe leaving at an angle. Since it is not a right cone, it is developed by triangulation and cut as one part.
Round base to a round top tilted about its centre, the top centred on the base axis.
Sizes you enter
- Base diameter (D): Diameter of the level base.
- Top diameter (d): True diameter of the top, measured on its slope.
- Height to top centre (H): Vertical, from the base to the centre of the top.
- Top angle (α): Slope of the top from the horizontal, seen from the front. 0 = top parallel to the base.
What you get
The exact flat pattern of the part, worked out for the sheet thickness measured on the inside, the mean or the outside, with numbered press lines, the part in 3D, its weight and cutting length, and a DXF for laser, plasma or waterjet cutting (STEP as well).
