Ellipse to ellipse transition with angled top
Two true ellipses where the top one is tilted to the base and can be offset. Height is measured to the centre of the top.

Sizes you enter
- Base length (L): Length of the base ellipse (along L).
- Base width (W): Width of the base ellipse.
- Top length (l): Size of the top ellipse along L.
- Top width (w): Size of the top ellipse along W.
- Height to top centre (H): From the base to the centre of the ellipse top.
- Top angle (α): Angle between the top and the base, seen from the front: the left side rises.
- Top offset along the length (X): Moves the top centre along L. 0 = centred.
- Top offset along the width (Y): Moves the top centre along W. 0 = centred.
