Ellipse to round transition with angled top

Sizes you enter
- Base length (L): Length of the ellipse (its long axis).
- Base width (W): Width of the ellipse (its short axis).
- Top diameter (D): Diameter of the round top.
- Height to top centre (H): From the base to the centre of the round top.
- Top angle (α): Angle between the top and the base, seen from the front: the left side rises.
- Top offset along the length (X): Moves the top centre along L. 0 = centred.
- Top offset along the width (Y): Moves the top centre along W. 0 = centred.
