Offset ellipse to round transition
A true ellipse base to a round top that is shifted along the length or the width of the ellipse. Both ends stay parallel.

Sizes you enter
- Base length (L): Length of the ellipse (its long axis).
- Base width (W): Width of the ellipse (its short axis).
- Top diameter (D): Diameter of the round top.
- Height (H): From the base to the top.
- Top offset along the length (X): Moves the top centre along L. 0 = centred.
- Top offset along the width (Y): Moves the top centre along W. 0 = centred.
