Pipe into elbow, offset branch pattern
The branch on the elbow is moved off the bend's centre line, upward and sideways, for nozzles that must clear other parts. The pattern is the branch pipe.
A round pipe set into the outside of a 90° bend, its centre line off the bend's, up and to the side; the pattern is the pipe.
Sizes you enter
- Pipe diameter (D): Across the pipe, on the surface chosen under Sheet.
- Pipe length (L): From the centre of the bend's arc to the pipe's open end, along the pipe.
- Bend radius (R): From the centre of the bend's arc to its centre line.
- Bend diameter (Db): Across the bend, on the surface chosen under Sheet; the pipe sits on its outside.
- Offset up (E): The pipe's centre line above the centre line of the bend's level end.
- Offset to the side (Z): The pipe's centre line off the bend's centre plane, seen from above.
What you get
The exact flat pattern of the part, worked out for the sheet thickness measured on the inside, the mean or the outside, with numbered press lines, the part in 3D, its weight and cutting length, and a DXF for laser, plasma or waterjet cutting (STEP as well).
