Rectangle to rectangle transition flat pattern (centred reducer)
Joins two rectangular ducts or openings of different size, as a duct reducer or a simple hopper. Both ends are parallel and the top is centred. The corners can be radiused at the top and at the base.
Between two rectangles of different sizes with rounded corners; the top is parallel to the base and centred.
Sizes you enter
- Base width (W): Shorter side of the base.
- Base length (L): Longer side of the base.
- Top width (w): Top side along W.
- Top length (l): Top side along L.
- Height (H): Vertical distance from base to top.
- Base corner radius (R): 0 = sharp corners.
- Top corner radius (r): 0 = sharp corners.
What you get
The exact flat pattern of the part, worked out for the sheet thickness measured on the inside, the mean or the outside, with numbered press lines, the part in 3D, its weight and cutting length, and a DXF for laser, plasma or waterjet cutting (STEP as well).
