Cylinder flat pattern, top cut to a radius
A round tube with its top cut to a curve across it, high on the centre line and falling to the sides, as for a pipe fitted under a curved roof or a larger pipe. Give the height at the centre and the radius of the curve.

Sizes you enter
- Diameter (D): Across the tube, on the surface chosen under Sheet.
- Height at the centre (H): From the base up to the top of the curve, on the centre line.
- Top radius (R): Radius of the curve the top is cut to, seen from the front. At least the tube's radius.
- Seam angle (S): 0 = seam on the left side, at a low point of the top. Turns the seam round the part.

The exact flat pattern of the part, worked out for the sheet thickness measured on the inside, the mean or the outside, with numbered press lines, the part in 3D, its weight and cutting length, and a DXF for laser, plasma or waterjet cutting (STEP as well).
