90° pipe tee: trunk pattern with branch hole
The other half of the tee: the trunk or header developed flat with the exact hole for the branch, so the hole is cut on the laser or plasma before rolling. Offset branches are supported.
A round branch square to a round trunk, on its centre line or off it; the pattern is the trunk with its hole.
Sizes you enter
- Trunk diameter (Dt): Across the trunk, on the surface chosen under Sheet.
- Branch diameter (Db): Across the branch, on the surface chosen under Sheet.
- Trunk height (H): Overall height of the trunk.
- Branch height (Hb): From the trunk's bottom to the branch's centre line.
- Offset (Z): Seen from above: the branch's centre line off the trunk's (0: on centre).

The exact flat pattern of the part, worked out for the sheet thickness measured on the inside, the mean or the outside, with numbered press lines, the part in 3D, its weight and cutting length, and a DXF for laser, plasma or waterjet cutting (STEP as well).
