Two branches on a pipe: branch patterns
Two equal branches at the same height on the trunk, each square to it and set apart by an angle around the trunk, as in a cross or a split take-off. Patterns are given for both branches.
Two equal round branches square to a round trunk, at an angle to each other; the patterns are the two branches.
Sizes you enter
- Trunk diameter (Dt): Across the trunk, on the surface chosen under Sheet.
- Branch diameter (Db): Across each branch, on the surface chosen under Sheet.
- Branch length (H): From the trunk's centre line to each branch's open end.
- Angle (A): Between the two branches' centre lines, seen along the trunk.
What you get
The exact flat pattern of the part, worked out for the sheet thickness measured on the inside, the mean or the outside, with numbered press lines, the part in 3D, its weight and cutting length, and a DXF for laser, plasma or waterjet cutting (STEP as well).
